Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation from Pipelagging.com. Please contact accounts@ryanairconspares.com
Items ordered incorrectly or surplus to requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Once you have your returns authorisation, please ensure you send the return to the following address:

• Pipelagging.com cannot accept liability for items not correctly addressed or packaged for return.
• Credit or replacement products will only be issued upon receipt and upon Pipelagging.com's acceptance of faulty or damaged items.
• Item(s) must be returned Within 30 days of delivery. If not returned by this date, then no credit will be given.
• Please note that Pipelagging.com will accept no return unless prior authorisation is obtained.
