Delivery

FREE DELIVERY to mainland UK on all orders over £125 (+VAT)

 

Mainland UK Delivery

£6.25 + VAT for the first box and £5 + VAT for every subsequent box. 

Your items will usually be delivered within 2-5 days, should there be any exceptional delays to your order we will contact you.

 

Highlands and Islands

£27.50 + VAT for the first box and £19.50 + VAT for every subsequent box.

In stock items will be delivered within 2-3 days, with long lead time items delivered in 7-10 days.

This area includes Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, The Isle Of Man and the Channel Islands. Postcodes included in these charges are: AB31-AB38, AB41-AB45, BT, GY, HS, IV, JE, KA27-KA28, KW, PA20-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH15-PH26, PH30-PH50, TR21-25, and ZE.


The number of boxes needed is based on weight and dimensions. We will always endeavour to ship your order in the least number of boxes possible.

 

Europe & International

Please contact us should you wish to order from outside the UK. We will soon be enabling this on our websites, so please check back soon.

 

Delivery costs for delivery outside of the UK will be calculated at checkout depending on the items in your order and your location. We will send goods via trackable courier to prevent loss. 


For orders outside of mainland UK, delivery is typically made within 3-5 days, however for items not in stock please allow up to 14 days.


Customs Charges

Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the EU. The recipient of the goods, not the person placing the order, will receive a separate request to pay these charges. If you're ordering Products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they know they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we cannot offer assistance on these processes. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering Products to be delivered there. You (or the recipient of the Products if different) will be the Importer for all international deliveries of the Products. Therefore, before placing an order, it's your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations and that there are no local requirements or restrictions that may affect the receipt of your order.


Delivery times

All delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. We process orders and deliver Monday to Friday, therefore any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the next working day.


Insulation Packaging

Most of our insulation products are supplied in 2-metre lengths. Insulation lengths not purchased in box quantities will be folded to reduce shipping and handling charges and facilitate inclusion in a smaller package. This will have no detrimental effect on the insulation.

 


Click & Collect

All Click & Collect purchases are subject to Ryan Air Conditioning Spares Ltd Terms & Conditions. In addition, please see below Click & Collect terms and conditions.

  • When placing an order on our website you will be given the option to choose our Click & Collect service where available, which will allow you to collect your item(s) from our trade counter in Irlam, Manchester, M44 5PN on a date/time to suit you.
  • On placing a Click & Collect order, you will immediately receive an email confirming your order has been received and is being processed.
  • In the case where your order contains a number of items and one or more of them is not available , you will receive an email confirming the available items.
  • Orders will be ready for collection during trade counter opening hours.
  • On arrival at our trade counter you will need to have your unique order number
  • Due to limited storage space your order will be held and available for 21 days following the date of order
  • If you do not collect your order within the indicated timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled

Returns

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation from our customer services team. Please contact us in the first instance in order to notify us about your return. Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will organise a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible. Items ordered incorrectly by you or that are surplus to requirements may be subject to a restocking charge.
